Terms & Conditions of Service
Welcome to CorZivra. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CorZivra health intelligence platform, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, linking a device, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are written plainly on purpose. Where medical-legal precision is required, we use precise language — and explain it.

1. Eligibility & Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old to create a CorZivra account. Pediatric profiles under a Family plan may be registered by a verified legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Scope of the Service
CorZivra is an informational platform. It is not a medical device, does not render a diagnosis, and does not prescribe treatment. Insights, trends, and recommendations surfaced by the Service are intended to support — not replace — conversations with a qualified clinician.
You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you hold a Clinical or Enterprise license.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract model weights from the Service.
- Upload another person's health data without their documented consent.
- Use the Service to build, train, or benchmark a competing health-data platform.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or jurisdictional data-residency controls.
Violations may result in immediate suspension and — where warranted — referral to law enforcement.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time from the billing panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first paid month. Enterprise agreements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all health data you submit. CorZivra retains ownership of the Service, its models, interfaces, and trademarks. We are granted a narrow, revocable license to process your data solely to operate the Service and deliver your insights — nothing more.
We do not train foundation models on your data. Ever. This commitment is cryptographically enforced.
6. Medical Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of a licensed clinician with any questions regarding a medical condition.
In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on the Service for urgent clinical decisions.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your encrypted vault is scheduled for cryptographic purge within 24 hours, subject to any legal preservation obligations.
CorZivra may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where feasible.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
